- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I agree with another commentator about the administration, it's impossible to get an appointment off them in advance unless you spend half an hour arguing with them. I went in asking for a printout of some of my medical history and I was told that they normally charge for this but they will "let me off this time" - shouldn't what comes out of my wages be enough?
