- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Reception are terrible, no one ever picks up the phone to even get an appointment. Constant 'extras' added to your bill by reception ontop of already extortionate prices. Finally took the bullet and moved our pets after too many bad experiences. If you have any sense you will not take you animals here. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This Vets are excellent! First class, I have used them since my pug was eight weeks old, he is now one and thriving. He has a few niggles, health wise, but with this practice I don't worry about that as I know he is in safe hands. They are not only friendly, caring and treat and speak to you like a human being, they look after your pet wonderfully. They explain every step of proposed treatment and put your mind at ease. Very professional indeed and they know their stuff explaining in detail diagnosis of your pets condition. I trust them completely. And would recommend them highly.
