  Absolutely wonderful vets. Alan and his team are such experts in their field, along with a genuine love of all animals. They are such friendly people and take the time to fully explain whatever the problem may be, nothing is too much trouble. Although not my local vets, I choose to travel the distance because I know the team go above and beyond to help to get our beloved pets well again. My rabbit was suffering with abscesses which are so tricky to treat, but Alan and his team were excellent and managed to cure him. Would recommend Village Vets 100%.

  Brilliant practice, very clean, reasonable prices. Alan has looked after my guinea pigs for a few years now, he's always been thorough when he deals with my animals. He goes above and beyond when my animals are sick and I assure you your pet will receive the best care. All of the staff are very welcoming and professional. Wouldn't take my guinea pigs anywhere else.

  Alan and the whole team at Village Vets are wonderful. Always there to help, even over the phone. I have been taking my birds there for about 3 years and I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. Under his care my birds have flourished and I honestly think that he's one of the best vets in Merseyside. His no nonsense approach is refreshing and all of the advice I've been given has been sound. The reception staff are absolutely lovely, always smiling and so very welcoming. The nursing staff are second to non. I honestly can't think of anything bad about Alan or the practice. To be honest, 5 stars just isn't enough.

  The Village Vets team are friendly and caring. Alan is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. I travel a great distance in order to have my pet examined and I do so happily knowing he is in the best hands. I rang recently about a bird and Alan as usual was through, gave me up to date information. Happily the bird has made a full recovery. Thank you so much. Good people of Liverpool you are lucky to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet practice on your doorstep.
