  Some staff not bad in my personal experience. Unfortunately, the good work the GOOD receptionists, Doctors etc are somewhat destroyed by the obnoxious, power-crazed, jumped up staff who make life as difficult as possible when it comes to getting appointments, VITAL repeat prescriptions, information and just generally interracting with the surgery. Due to "admin" I have missed out on over 8 weeks worth of vital medication over the past 6 months due to the utter shambles that goes on when certain staff are on the job. Wholly unacceptable. This is a real shame as some of the staff, receptionists, doctors etc are lovely and try hard to do a good job. It's a real shame.

  Rude, obstructive receptionists, one in particular, I'll not be any more specific. Chap I know complained about her and was removed from the GPs list, family member was seriously i'll and the obstructive confrontational attitude of the reception staff caused weeks of delay. GP can sometimes be dismissive, sometimes OK, fast food style service, usually in and out fast as possible, battled for years to be referred to a specialist and was told I should have been referred within 3 months of first symptoms, chronic condition had worsened due to this delay. Abysmal treatment all around. Wouldn't even take my dog, in fact I'd rather be treated by my dog's vet.
